COVID-19

• We understand you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, PopFun will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 20 calendars days from the receipt of your order.
• PopFun adheres to a strict no-paper policy in an effort to reduce waste, which is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

Return Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. All costs of shipping to return the items are your responsibility.
• Expedited shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition, in the original packaging and include accessories. Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify for a return or refund.
• PopFun reserves the right to refuse service.

• If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to our Customer Support team immediately +1-949-536-5805 or email us at admin@popfun.com .
• Please allow up to 5 business days following the date the item is received by us for your return to process and the credit to reflect on your card.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website passes upon delivery to customer.

Frequent Returns

We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing other issues or consistently finding that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may act in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.

PopFun reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address.
