  1. COVID-19: We understand you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, Popfun will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 30 calendars days from the receipt of your order.
  2. Popfun adheres to a strict no-paper policy, to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.


  1. To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through email or by phone call. If you placed your order as a guest, you must create a Popfun account to request a return. Return Authorization must include your Name, Order ID, and Reason for Return.
  1. We will print out a return label for you but the return is not free; we will charge the return label fee and deduct from your original payment method. To return one or more items from an order:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging condition


  1. You can email us at CustomerService@popfun.com with your RA, please indicate Return or Exchange, and we will process your email within 3 business days.

Please follow these instructions to return your package:

1 - Call us or email us to notify that you wish to initiate a return.

2 - We will print out the PDF label for you and send it to you through email.

3 - Attach the label on the outside of the shipping box.

4 - Drop the package off at a FedEx location.

5 - When we receive your return, we will process the refund within 3 business days.


Popfun offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee in exchanges. Please call or email us the reason for your exchange, your Order ID and Name, and we will replace a new item for you at no shipping costs.


Once the returned merchandise has been checked and approved, Popfun will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items. Subject to its compliance with our Return Policy, it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

Frequent Returns

We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing other issues or consistently finding that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may act in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.

Popfun reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address.
