  • What is the return policy?

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through email or by phone call. If you placed your order as a guest, you must create a PopFun account to request a return. Return Authorization must include your Name, Order ID, and Reason for Return. We will print out a return label for you but the return is not free; we will charge the return label fee and deduct from your original payment method. To return one or more items from an order:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging condition
