1.How do I apply to become a reseller?
Please Go to our website https://www.popfun.com/pages/become-a-retailer and register for a “wholesale account”, provide us the following information, such as First and Last name, Store name, Store type, Email address, Business registration information, Re-seller ID, Years in Business, Annual Sales, etc.
We will verify the information and offer you an account ID through email.
2.How do I register an PopFun business account and navigate my account information?
Once your wholesale account has been assigned. You will receive a confirmation email with the active user name and password. and then you will be able to log in and review PopFun Business Shopping pages.

3.How to place my order ?
Select the item that you are interested in and add it to the cart. You could check out at any time on our website when you are ready to place the order. Product price is already include the shipping fee,handle fee and tax.
4.What if I want to place large bulk order over $500 ?
Our Wholesale specialist can help you with this. We will offer your extra discount and product shipping insurance. Please contact admin@popfun.com or johnnyzc@suntisfy.com. We will reply you in 24 hours.
5.What about shipping ?
PopFun Business provides 100% Free Shipping within the US market. And customer could also create their own labels. If you decide to use your own label we will give you up to 30% of the refund back to your card. Please email your customize shipping label to admin@popfun.com.
6.When is my invoice due and How do I pay ?
For the new opening account, your payment is due when you at checkout. You could pay by credit card, debit card, Paypal or Affirm (Net Term). Your default payment method will be automatically charged once the order is placed.Please know that an authorization hold may be placed on your card or bank account prior to shipment. The hold will drop when the order ships, or within 7 days if the order does not ship before then.
We may offer 30days or 60days payment term, based on your purchasing history. (Please send net term request to admin@popfun.com)
7.How do returns work?
We want you to try our products without any hesitation, so we offer returns for your first order for free!
To start a return, log in to your PopFun Business account, check the order you'd like to return, And send your order number to admin@popfun.com. You will select the items you want to return, provide feedback, and make sure that you are not sending back damaged items. We will send you the return shipping label
through email. Once the returned items are received, we will issue a refund to your default payment method.
8.What if an item is damaged or missing when I receive my order?
Damaged or missing items need to be reported to PopFun Business within two weeks of the shipment arrival. (Please send damaged or missing items photo to wholesale@popfun.com)
The report shall include:
1)The order number and a brief description of the issue.
2)A list of the missing or damaged/defective items by SKU numbers and amount.
3) Photos of the damaged/defective items, and a few photos of the box if it is damaged as well.
Once we've received this information, one of our team members will review it for quality assurance and reach out to you, to provide you a solution of either replacement or refund.
9.Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you accidentally place an order by mistake. So we allow you to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. You have the ability to cancel your orders .( Please send cancellation notice to admin@popfun.com)
Note: Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order as it will already be in transit on its way to your doorstep.

11.What is my order has still not been shipped after the expected ship date?
If your order has not been shipped after the expected date, you may contact us by sending us an email . Our email address is admin@popfun.com.
While fulfilling an order with PopFun Business, our retailer customers will have two options for shipping. Ship with PopFun Business or Ship on your own.
Large Bulk Order over $500:
For the customers who are going to place a bulk order, you may contact admin@popfun.com or johnnyzc@suntisfy.com,we would be happy to offer you our negotiatable term,discount and product shipping insurance.We usually reply in 24 hours.
For Ship with PopFun Business option:
PopFun Business will generate the shipping labels for our customers directly on the Platform and have no out-of-pocket expenses. We will pay the carriers and guarantee to cover 100% of the shipping costs within the US market.
* UPS Ground, USPS (Priority Mail, First-Class, Flat Rate), and FedEx Ground are the currently available carriers on PopFun Business.
For Ship on your own option
All of our customers would have the option to generate their own shipping labels off-platform with the carrier of their choosing. For this option, customers will be reimbursed for shipping costs up to 20% of the order value. And customers are responsible for any shipping costs that exceed the 30% limit.
At PopFun Business, all customers are eligible for Free returns&refunds within 30 days on the First Order from any products. Return shipping costs will also be covered by PopFun Business.
For Repeating Order return, you will need send product defective issues (with photos) to wholesale@popfun.com. We will verify the photos and issues to decide who will cover the return shipping fee.
If your order has been paid, the Card/Paypal that was used to pay will be credited for the amount of the items returned.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your card. Thank you for your patience.
